Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Shipping Times We ship from our US warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 7–13 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the email. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Juva ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority.
