Thank you for shopping with Juva! We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Eligibility We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be: Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival; Unused and in its original condition. We do not accept refund requests for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
No Physical Returns We do not require you to ship items back. Simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll take care of you.
How to Request a Refund Email us at bmwamgpowa@gmail.com with: Your order number; A description of the issue; Photos of the item (if damaged or defective). We'll respond within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Items Items purchased on sale or with a discount code; Digital products or gift cards.
